Greg May is a trial attorney and business counselor with nearly a decade of legal experience spanning criminal prosecution, complex litigation, and corporate practice.
Prior to graduating from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2017, Greg was the Truman Young Prosecutorial Fellow, where he tried cases, briefed criminal appeals, and argued before federal courts. He subsequently worked as a felony prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where he charged, litigated, and tried gang and vehicular cases. In total, his experience exceeds more than 20 jury trials. He then made the jump to civil practice at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where he investigated and litigated consumer fraud matters on behalf of the State of Arizona.
Greg then transitioned in-house, working for two separate $1B+ enterprises. First, with Nikola Corporation, where he negotiated and managed commercial transactions, SaaS agreements, and pre-litigation matters. He subsequently served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Vensure Employer Services, Inc., overseeing litigation, transactional, and regulatory matters; assisting with M&A and serving as general counsel for one of its technology subsidiaries.
Greg now brings this trial-tested, business-oriented perspective to ML Trial Group, where he represents clients through all stages of litigation concerning commercial, employment, insurance, and workers’ compensation matters.
